The stunning views of the lake and Mt. Fuji from our room were unforgettable. The private onsen was a highlight, allowing us to unwind together in peace. Service was impeccable, and the traditional meals were a true experience! Remember to book ahead for dinner, it's that good.

One downside was that some meals didn’t quite meet our expectations in terms of quality. It felt a bit hit or miss compared to other places we've been, but overall it didn't ruin our experience.
